As a champion natural bodybuilder I believe that amazing results can be made without the use of steroids and illegal substances. Learning how to eat and train properly from the beginning is very important!

So learn how to eat and train before you go out and buy $300 worth of supplements that you think is the only thing that will help you put on muscle or lose weight.

One of the most important things is to create a lifestyle which involves healthy eating habits and consistent physical activity. Don't look at exercise and regular healthy eating as a chore.
